Just recently visited for a friend for the first time at this complex. The overwhelming trash, urine, food rotting, and deteriorating stairs was how I was greeted to this apartment complex. Absolutely disgusting! Management needs to take control of the situation and make sure the common areas are clean, nobody should have to step over a slimy banana peel left by someone ellse before they enter their home. Just from this experience I can see that this complex does not prioritize the health of their tenets and their environment.

i lived here for a year in a one bedroom one bath. they are entirely overpriced and dont look anything like the pictures they post. they switched out the people who work in the office so many times that by the time we moved out they asked if we had a copy of the lease because they had no record or documentation we even lived there. they charge for pest control monthly and not once during our stay did they come out and spray in our apartment when bugs were DEFINITELY a problem. our AC was not functional all summer, despite reaching out multiple times to have it fixed. our electric bill was well over $200 for over 6 months because of this. in a one bedroom!!! after turning in the keys, they ended up finding the lease in a file in the back, and the only record of our $500 deposit was a sticky note. we were told our apartment looked amazing and we would definitely get the deposit back, but that it would take about a month to come in the mail. now after two months of emailing back and forth, they are now saying theres no record and we will not be receiving our deposit. claiming that because we moved out a month early, even if we did (we 100% did) pay a deposit, it would go towards the last month of rent. despite asking multiple times if we owed anything before turning in keys and being told no, which we even have documentation now saying we owe nothing. the building we lived in stunk so bad inside, their phones in the office didnt work almost the entire time we lived there (probably still dont,) and the advertisements are VERY misleading on what your experience will actually be like living here. the pictures they post look nothing like the inside of the apartments. definitely take a tour of the place before you decide to move here, this is definitely a last resort option for housing.
