When I did get in touch they offered a different time but by them I wasn’t interested due to the lack of communication within the management.

But the dryer doesn’t work and oh now they have no idea we even had a washer n dryer and it’s our problem! Oh hold up! As an apartment complex it’s your job to make sure what you’re apartment has and don’t have and that a load of bull bc you said new washer and dryer before we even moved in and when my fiancé went to the office all they said is they will send someone to fix it! But now it’s no it’s “your problem we didn’t know you had that so we’re not fixing it” seriously!!!!??? Are you serious right now? That’s what yall are about? False information and refusing service! Update: so now you guys called my fiancé saying I’m lying and asking me to take my review down! Lmao no i won’t! Bc if you wanna say I’m lying we can do a WHOLE LAW SUIT and we can all do lie detector tests! Im not the one spreading false information! Either be a better apartment complex and be honest or you guys can get called out. We are grown adults if you can’t take accountability to what you did you shouldn’t run an apartment complex!! What we are gonna do because me and my fiancé are the adults in this situation we are NOT gonna ask for any help if something needs to be fixed we will do it ourselves or I will ask my friends! I will not put in when it’s been shown you don’t wanna help when we asked for it multiple times!! Have a nice day and don’t call my fiancé again to have me take this review down!
