The hallways are gross, the garage is filled with trash, and they do not care about the residents here. Cardinal group needs to be let go or hire some other company to do their job. Do not even waste your time living here. It’s a complete joke. Especially the management team. Douglas changes management constantly. It’s sad that they can’t keep staff as well.
