- JHJustin Jah'kota HolnessJul 29, 20254.0I had the most pleasant experience at these apartments! The community manager and the maintenance were kind human beings and very kind to communicate with. I just only wish the cost of rent didn't increased as much as it did because I would of loved to stay in the unit. It is modern and in a clean condition. I spent almost 5 years there and was able to graduate university while living there and the apt provided me a safe n sound place to live. Thank you!

Good, safe area of town. Amazing staff and maintenance crew. Wonderful residents and neighbours. We can’t thank this place and its people enough for the memories and all it has given us. It will always be home to us.
