  I can’t wait to move. I’m sick and tired of this internet company. In my time here, it has gone down longer than a week in my unit 3 times (which i was never compensated for). Paying for the gigabyte changes nothing. You get charged extra and then run a speed test off of the ethernet cable to get 150mb/s. Regardless of the internet, every appliance is more than 30 years old, better pray you don’t get one like me where the AC runs out of freon in the middle of the summer. Our washing machine rattles violently and has an open back, extremely hazardous to pets, especially cats. They won’t replace it though, they will buy a new part to replace 30 times first. Our ground floor has nails poking through the floor. Some of the staff is extremely condescending, if you don’t like working in HR, simply don’t. goofball. Snow plow will plow you into your spot no questions asked, buy a shovel! Maintenance crew is full of great people, hard workers, squandered by the working hours. Work a 9-5? goodluck gettin anything done without letting them in alone. Just counting the days.

  NEVER live here or give these people your money!! Let alone be neighbors with the landlord!! She will make up rules just because she feels entitled to & is picky about her neighbors. I had a LEGAL recommendation & reason to have a camera set in my window sill inside & was told to remove it or I would be violated due to the statement in my lease that read ‘you can not have any structures attached to the exterior of the building.’ However they allowed me to have string lights & holiday decorations attached to my deck? The landlord proceeded to contact a relative who was not on my lease- following move out, verbalizing disgusting lies about me & gossiping about me, after I had already moved out. I also gave them a money order prior to moving out & when I was made aware of my situation with this company, I asked for it back since I was leaving anyway & they told me they were going to credit it to my account- in which they never did. The landlords are related to each other & are very judgy & I don’t put it past them to deny your application just because they don’t like you. Also, when I was told my balance would be sent to collections via email- & didn’t see the email till months later- I sent an email inquiring about it. I never got any response so I waited about a week before I called & asked for the collection agency & info again, so I could take care of the balance. It was on a Thursday afternoon & she admitted she saw my email & I was told “she didn’t know who the collection agency is” & that I would have to wait till the other landlord got in office the following Monday- it’s been months & I still haven’t heard anything. HORRIBLE place to rent from!!

  Ms.piggy the property manager is never in the office constantly violates the fair housing laws. After giving leaving residents a bad experience she bribes them with gift cards to leave a good review instead of what their experience was really like. I was then moved into a half renovated apartment but had to pay renovated.after being promised the rest of the renovation would be done within the first few months of me living there. To no surprise nothing was done about the rest of the renovation but the price remained the same. 6 months later we broke the lease and moved out early only to get charged over $1000 in fees for a bogus deep clean in the kitchen that had all new appliances under 6 months old and a charged extra for every service as in Painting and cleaning. They then proceeded to keep my whole deposit claiming it was used for the fees and that I was being put on a list not to rent to or something because I left with a balance. Please people don't be tricked the responses are not from the actual owner it's from the indigo corporate office they just manage the property.
