We complained multiple times about the issue and little to nothing was done about it. they told us it was our fault about the roach problem even though we were VERY clean. they finally got a little better after i made a complaint to the city of sioux falls about the issue. it was hotter then crap in the apartment and the ac did nothing. the dishwasher barely worked. their was cops at the apartment very often. management was very disrespectful when we had a problem/question. we also told them we were leaving called them three times and they told us the manager would get back to us. we heard nothing for a week. when we finally got a hold of them they told us that it was our fault for not communication with them and we were lying which was not the cause at all. we threatened to take them to court because of the roach problem because of how much of a health hazard the roach were causing. we found them everywhere including our pantry where our food was stored. I DONT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM.
