Every step of the way they were there to help. Most of the time answering questions before I even asked them. They went the extra mile for my wife and I. They made several trips to homes and made videos for us as we were out of state moving to Rapid City. They were able to give us contact info for home inspectors and all kinds of contractors who can make repairs before, during and after the purchase. And after the purchase was complete, they made sure to let us know that they weren’t just done with us just because the transaction was complete. They stay in contact with us and are still willing to answer questions and keep us informed on things to do after the purchase. As a first time home buyer I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to assist you in buying a home. My wife and I really appreciate LB & John and all the hard work they did for us to get our home.
