- LSL SMay 28, 20254.0My overall personal experience living here for 5 years and two management teams: Management- I have no issues. I prefer to just pay my rent and not bother them. I send my concerns they respond. Our communication was rocky in the beginning because of issues I was having since I moved in. Non of it was in their control, I was just fed up by the time Ms. Mary, Dani and the maintenance crew arrived so they felt a little of my frustration. They all came to my apartment, we talked and maintenance went to work. During Helene I was really impressed at how they were checking on the residence, offering ice and even food. This said a lot to me and I appreciated what they did for us. Maintenance- I’m not sure of names but everyone that I have interacted with has been friendly and attentive. Maintenance do keep the grounds clean, children just throw their trash all over. Other tenants- I stay to myself so I don’t know anyone. My complaints haven’t gotten so bad it requires reporting. I do hate seeing people, letting their dogs use the bathroom and , not cleaning it up. Parents not supervising their children, and children throwing trash and coming in people personal spaces. Kids being kids. From what I see the adults stay to themselves,I don’t see any drama, they speak and keep it moving. I feel it be visitors or people riding through that causes some of the problems not even the residents Would I recommend staying here? I would share my experience and let them know it is no where as bad as it once was. I truly feel this is a good community and if we all come together it would be so much better. It’s not a bad place to stay just watch out for the kids. L.Gist

They we're so polite when explaining one of my thousands of questions. I thoroughly enjoyed viewing and discussing this property with them.
