- JJJenniferNov 8, 20251.0SCAMMERS!!! Went to view a property before paying the application fee- to see if it was worth it . Liked the home and submitted the application and fee. 10 mins later the agent said “sorry, someone else decided to rent it” even though he had been stating that it was available. He told me I could have a refund of the fee because I wasn’t interested in any other properties and he knew that before taking my money. Promised to give me a refund. I went up to the office a few days later to ask what the hold up was and he said the refund was coming give it a few days - of course it NEVER surfaced.
- JGJake GarciaNov 5, 20251.0Worst rental company ive ever rented a property from. When i was first applying i was questioned multiple times on why i was going to live alone. When i out in maintenance orders, the guy would either never come when we had scheduled a time, or he would come and they would charge me for the work her had to do, at an EXPONENTIAL rate of charge. I have NEVER been late on a rent payment in my entire life, for whatever reason the payment bounced when i tried doing it online, and they charged me almost 500$ for “being late” while i was in contact with them the whole time about the issue. Place showed zero respect for me the entire time. Owner never said a word to me except demanding i do yard work (while i was on vacation, coincidence). I paid fees to move in including a CASH security deposit which at the end of the lease they said is non refundable. I have absolutely zero respect for this company and ownership as they have given me the same energy. Biggest scam of a rental company ive ever dealt with in my almost 10 years of renting. Hope the learn to treat tenants with respect no matter the age or occupation. Would put zero stars if i could.
