  Not a very good place. Wish the community could go back to how it was about three-four month ago. Employees smoke in car wash area daily. Very unprofessional seems to be social hour rather than work. Unfortunately won’t be renewing my lease.

  When I moved with my family here I thought they were more helpful and friendly. But with the time was passing they showed who they really are. The staff and maintenance team unfortunately they don’t make good decisions and also don’t have knowledge at all for the positions that they are. If u have issue with anything inside ur apartment they only put “band aids” to cover the problem. They don’t have ideia what is wrong or what to do. They weren’t able to fix an overflow in a tub, that was backwards. The person who fixed the tub overflow was my husband cause they couldn’t figured out what was wrong, something simple like that. They came to my apartment and only put caulking. Be prepared to yourself fix the problems in your apartment and don’t get any discount on ur rent, cause the maintenance team is not good. My AC is with problem and for couple weeks the only come here and put freon But if the Freon is not maintaining probably is leaking, but they can’t not see that. So because all those problems and complaints they start picking on us and retaliating. They lied. It’s been hard to live in this apartment complex. Ur energy bill will come high, and ur AC will not work properly. This is a mess. So if u have options to rent in another place that is ur best shot. Don’t rent here, don’t waste ur money in this place, it’s not worth. They don’t answer phone calls. The parking lot is awful, never a space, probably cause people in one bedroom has many cars and also visitors park as well. The compactor often has a problem, and doesn’t work, so has a lot of trash bags outside and a bad smell with flies. The gym is always dirty. The neighbors are vey noisy and even you talked with them they don’t respect, they stomp and jump after hours (10pm), and u ask the office to do something, they don’t. So if u r willing to come here and rent a apartment here, be prepared to deal all this things. If you come here and look there always someone that is moving out from here. Cause it’s not worth the monthly rent that u pay for what u receive.

  The leasing staff is so nice and helpful with the application process. Apartment living is an adjustment, and it is hard to please every tenant, but they certainly try to make everyone happy.

  Brian and Heather have been Awesome since I moved here. The small issues or questions that I had, they responded quickly. This area is very nice, and all of the employees are very professional and courteous. The Legends is definitely better than where I used to live. I am enjoying every minute.
