Had 11 complaints for the AC that works when it wants but maintenance keeps saying it works fine. Theres not security at all in the apartment complex, ive been waiting for months to get a garage since apparently there was a list, still waiting. Today they give me a call that i have to pick up a trash bag in front of my apartment or i will get a 75 dollar fee FOR A TRASH BAG. When i moved in they had trash services we still getting charged 15 dollar for trash and now they saying its a Fee for the trash can? What in the world. Definitely looking forward to finding something else in the future. Edit: so everything that i wrote down don’t matter but that bag does 😂 mind u look at all the floors that does the same thing. I left it for a day the neighbor left them for days and days. U got people leaving dog shit all over, trash, litter.
