My HOA wouldn’t sign a questionnaire needed by my buyers first loan (FHA) which made that loan fall through. I found out the day before closing and had already moved out. I googled for other local lenders in Myrtle Beach for my non local buyer and found Dennis. His reviews were excellent so I suggested him to my buyer after speaking to Dennis on the phone first and he sounded very knowledgeable.
