Ben and Matthew are incompetent and they do not communicate about anything. They completely disregard your property leaving things unattended after numerous emails and phone calls. They take your money they do nothing in return but ignore you.

So much damage was left unattended at my property why would anyone rent or allow these incompetent clowns to handle a property. I'm currently in legal counsel finding out about my rights for months of neglect at my property. Be aware.

- KLKam LoveJul 7, 20251.0WARNING!!!!! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would! When we first moved into a home through this company, the home was termite INFESTED! We had to stay in a hotel for a week and we had already paid a deposit and first months rent. We were coming from out of state. After the first year they increased the rent TREMENDOUSLY! Then when we moved out of the home at the end of our lease, nearly six months later, the owner who was a complete fraud lied and made claims that we damaged his home. Charleston Rental Properties assisted him in his scam so they could try and get a cut of money, by going through a scamming debt collectors agency to con up a list of “fake damages”. We were hit with a bill of over $8,000. He obviously had major damage in his home because the termites were coming through every crack of the home and is trying to use us to try to pay for his termite damages home. The good reviews are from the homeowners not from RENTERS! So be warned! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!
