  I’ve been living at Stepping Stones for almost a year now. A few months ago, I was sure that when my lease ended, I would be moving out. However, now that my lease is up, I’ve actually decided to sign an extended lease — and that decision is entirely due to the management team currently in place. Since signing my lease in February 2025, the entire management staff has changed. I had concerns when the former property manager, Chris, was promoted to the corporate office. I worried that things might take a turn for the worse as can happen with turnovers, while there was an adjustment period and I experienced a few issues, I have to say that the newly appointed Property Manager, Cierra and the Assistant Property Manager, Vanessa — who was previously a leasing agent here — are the reason I ultimately chose to stay. I had a meeting with both of them a few weeks ago, and I left feeling genuinely positive and hopeful about the direction of the community. Cierra may be what some consider younger in age but she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly seems to care about residents’ concerns and communicating those concerns to corporate. I know that her number one responsibility is to the owners, but I do feel that she is genuine in wanting to assist residence in any way that she can. Vanessa is also knowledgeable and professional and incredibly helpful! I’ve asked her many questions (and I tend to have a lot!), and she always responds quickly, thoroughly, and without ever seeming bothered. I also have a challenge with a disability and she has been extremely understanding and compassionate with regards to that and to me that speaks volumes about her character. As for Chris’s move to the corporate office, I now see it as a benefit. He stays in consistent communication regarding what’s happening here and seems very committed to the continued improvement of the property. One of the issues that I had, he personally looked into and is trying to resolve it as quickly as possible, and that showed a lot to me. With my decision to sign a long-term lease, I sincerely hope the progress continues. The location is great, the amenities are good, and it’s wonderful being close enough to take walks throughout the Bridgewater community. People here are friendly, and the property is neat and clean — definitely a big plus. Overall, I’m feeling very optimistic about what’s ahead at Stepping Stones.

  We have lived in stepping stone for 13 months. The management has improved greatly during this time. However, the area I’m most pleased with is with the Grounds Director. I am extremely pleased with Matt and his attention to detail when addressing issues. He is very professional and personable. He is indeed an asset to our community.

  This property is beautiful and it has anything you would need. The staff that works in the office are so sweet and helpful.
