Dud not neet income threshold so called to ask about the $250 admin fee refunded as assumed that was the fee to process move in leae etc. No they will not refund this either. So $350 to complete online application only to be told income does not meet threshold. Just be informed is all.

Not to mention the location is amazing- pretty awesome to have a beautiful lake and restaurant in your backyard! Our 2 bedroom is super spacious, the largest 2 bedroom I’ve ever lived in in an apartment. The pool and amenities are beautiful as well.
