  Prior to starting our search, Joan asked all the relevant questions to find out exactly the features and benefits we were looking for in a home. Just as importantly, she listened to what we said and focused on homes that provided the features we valued. Once we started the search, Joan’s meticulous planning provided for a very efficient process. Joan was responsive throughout the process, but especially after the sale agreement was signed and prior to closing when some realtors seem to disappear. We would highly recommend Joan if you are looking to purchase a home on Hilton Head Island. Joe & Judy

  We contacted Joan on a whim from an ad when I was interested in moving to the island. She was attentive and asked several questions to establish my likes and dislikes. On visiting the island, she picked us up at the hotel we were staying at and had a full itinerary planned and printed for our reference. We were escorted through the homes in several plantations with Joan noting our likes and dislikes and further assisting in recommendations w.r.t. plantations and homes. We worked with Joan over a period of 3.5 YEARS before we bought a home in Indigo Run - she never once let us down and every time there was contact and trips to the island she was professional and eager not displaying any skepticism and was relentless when it came to negotiating on our final home. Needless to say, Joan E has become part of our "family" on the island and come highly recommended.
