Joe and Chloe in the front office are always so cool, kind, and helpful—having people who genuinely want to assist makes such a difference. Maintenance is excellent as well, handling requests almost immediately every time. The property is beautifully maintained with landscapers coming weekly, which really keeps everything looking nice. The only minor grievance I’ve had is that the corridors can get dirty from the wind blowing debris around, but management has even brought in cleaners to address that. The pool area is great, the community feels very friendly, and it’s one of the most pet-friendly places I’ve ever lived. Hands down, the best place to live in Greenwood!
