- CSCasey SojdakDec 3, 20251.0Avoid This Apartment Complex at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here was one headache after another, and moving out was even worse. First, management can’t even get basic dates right. They gave me the wrong final move-out payment date, and instead of correcting their mistake, they sent my account to collections. Completely unprofessional and damaging. On top of that, they charged me $200 to “resurface” a tub that was perfectly fine. It’s nothing more than a cash grab on the way out the door. During my lease, they did absolutely nothing to address serious issues with my downstairs neighbor, who became increasingly irrational and unhinged. I dealt with excessive noise at all hours and a dog constantly off-leash, but management refused to step in or enforce their own policies. This place is poorly managed, predatory when it comes to move-out charges, and totally indifferent to tenant concerns. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration — look elsewhere.

They were very patient with all our questions and they assisted in helping us finalize all our paperwork as we picked out the apartment just right for us. They were outstanding.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Megan gave us our tour, and she was amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. My family is possibly looking to move to Fort Mill, and after this visit, this community is definitely at the top of our list!

We felt extremely safe here, which was very important for me since I have a baby, and the management was amazing. You truly can’t go wrong with moving here, we only left because we needed to be closer to family but I would move back here in the future.
