I moved to Columbia without knowing the area well at all, and couldn’t be happier with the apartment I chose. It is within walking distance of The Main Street District and The Vista, with events like Soda City Market right around the corner on weekends. The pool is a really relaxing place to hang out, always clean and never too packed. And Jackie, the leasing manager, is always super helpful and addresses any issues you may have promptly. Overall it’s a great place to live!

Unfortunately, I find that many times the management is unavailable. There is typically no one in the office for more than a couple of hours per day, and emails and phone messages have often been overlooked. If there would be more communication and accessibility between residents and management, it would be a 5 star location.
