A special shoutout also goes to our maintenance team, Chris and Kiah, who consistently go above and beyond to meet our needs. I especially want to highlight Maintenance Manager Chris, whose kindness and dedication shine through in every interaction. He genuinely cares about resolving any issues we face, and if he’s unable to fix something himself, he takes the initiative to reach out for help. Having been here nearly a year, I can confidently say that since this amazing team took over, I’ve witnessed a remarkable transformation in our community. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a supportive and caring living experience!

My boyfriend has lived here for two years, paying over $1200 a month and the conditions are absolutely unacceptable for what they charge. - There is a constant mold smell in the apartment, and you can see stains on the ceilings. Management has done nothing to address this serious health issue. - A hallway leak has been left unfixed for months. Every time it rains, water pours in through the living room window as well. - Air filters are never replaced, and the one in the unit is in horrible condition. They clearly do not care about the air quality or their residents’ health. - The grounds are poorly maintained, with no attention to basic upkeep. - They do not perform inspections on units to ensure plumbing, mold, or safety features are in working order. -Worst of all, there was a RAT in the unit a few months ago. Yes, a rat. For the price being charged, this is completely unacceptable. The management is neglectful, unresponsive, and clearly only concerned with collecting rent checks while ignoring the living conditions of tenants. Save yourself the headache and avoid this complex at all costs. No one should have to deal with unsafe, unsanitary conditions like this while paying over a thousand dollars a month.
