  When my husband and I decided to sell our home and purchase a new one, Ms. Leasa Keys was there, every step of the way! She patiently guided us through the process, aways available to answer questions and provide support. Leasa made us feel like family and even during what seemed like a challenging situation, her unwavering commitment to help us, and constant communication with all parties involved, helped make our experience less stressful. We have been in our new home for some months now, and Leasa still calls to check on us, to see how things are going.   My wife and I are currently stationed in Germany and needed a realtor to facilitate our home renovation and selling. We interview numerous realtors in the Columbia SC area, and they all had their limitations to what they where able to provide on our behalf. Ms. Keys was the only realtor that was knowledgeable on current property/realtor regulations which enable her to give alternative solutions to our complex issues. Ms. Keys acted on our behalf in all matters concerning our property which included help me find contractors and taking her personal times to shop for major item upgrades to ensure we were getting the best price. Ms. Keys assisted me with interviewing numerous contractors to unsure that the selected contractor was licensed/bonded and qualified to do the required work. . She scheduled all the appointments/inspections and made sure all work was preformed to standard; several times she required the contractors to redo their work. Her attention to detail is second to none. Ms. Keys knows what makes a house sell quickly; she kept us abreast on the current trends that buyers are looking for. She is an expert in all facets of the realtor profession which includes but not limited to selling/buying homes, interior color selection, flooring, cabinet design, lighting concepts, and total renovations of bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and custom closets. Her weekly status updates on the renovation allowed me to accurately track my material cost and the contractors work progress. Ms. Keys is a performance driven person who has a mission focus that will continually produce miraculous results. Ms. Keys, truly is a realtor extraordinaire who went above and beyond her duties to facilitate our renovation and house selling. She spearheaded the transformation of a 2003 unlivable house into a 2023 luxury remolded home with numerous upgrades. Her efforts and hard work yielded quick results in which our house was only on the market for six days and now under contract. We can’t thank you 🙏🏽 enough and much love from us both!!!

  Ms. Keys is the most professional realtor in SC. She walked me through the selling of my property in the Park Street Community in Columbia. If you want a knowledgeable broker/realtor use Ms. Keyes.
