I was told " no concessions will be made for that". They have violated my lease so I'll be taking this to the magistrate office

There is a lady in a wheelchair who has been without hit water for over a month. They built a ramo for her to get into her apartment but it is now broken and she almost fell trying to wheel her electric wheelchair into her door. This is unacceptable living.

- CRCarole RennerOct 21, 20251.0My husband rented an apt because he's going to be working there; we live out of state. Rented apt on the 11th of Sept; Finalized on 1st of Oct. A/C was suppose to be fixed before final move in on 10th of Oct.; not done. Also found out dishwasher doesn't work. On the 20th of this month apt above had a leak leaving water in laundry room and bedroom floor; apparently leak was fixed but standing water and wet carpet not cleaned up. Also on checking heating system it set off smoke alarm. Also nasty air filter they have refused to change or cleaned nasty unit after several request. Hell of a way to treat a retired veteran or anybody. Nothing left to do but contact AG's office and local news stations to try to help as people have to sign contracts with no way for blatantly neaglagit management. I strongly suggest anybody looking for place to rent don't rent from here as management & maintenance are not willing to fix anything in a timely manner. Also found out another renter had to wait 3 wks on a refrigerator
