Everything has been great except for the compressor on the Ac went out and we have been without Ac since we moved and and I talked with the maintenance man and he said he will be here Monday 03/09 and he would fix it but unfortunately I don’t think he has been by here at all , not that he isn’t busy I’m sure he is ..will have to call again tomorrow.otherwise I encourage people to come and move in Linda is awesome and very sweet and goes above and beyond . To make us happy in our new home . And really quite as a neighborhood.. I had no complaints other than the Ac ! Happy with our choice to move in !

I recently toured The Grove at St. Andrews and had a great experience. Victoria was my leasing consultant and she was absolutely amazing. Her energy was very positive and upbeat from the moment the tour started. She was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property. She made sure to answer all of my questions and provided clear information about the units, pricing, and amenities. The tour felt very comfortable and informative, and I appreciated how engaged she was throughout the entire process. Customer service really makes a difference when apartment hunting, and Victoria definitely made this a great experience. I would highly recommend touring here if you’re considering moving in the area.

I had a wonderful experience talking to the ladies that helped me with the moving process. However, during my move-in day maintenance did not have certain things finished. I had to repeatedly keep asking for maintenance to complete the unfinished projects within my unit. I do understand that there are only things that have to be done however, when we paid to live somewhere our home should be ready upon our arrival.

My daughter leased an apartment at The Grove at St. Andrews in Columbia, SC, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. From the beginning, the unit had serious habitability issues, including water intrusion, mold concerns, damaged cabinetry, and a collapsing closet/ceiling area. Multiple maintenance requests were submitted, but repairs were delayed, ignored, or never properly fixed. These conditions directly affected her health and safety. Because the apartment was not being maintained in a safe and habitable condition, she was forced to terminate the lease. Instead of addressing their failure to maintain the property, management attempted to charge her fees and then sent the account to collections. These charges are being disputed, as many of the issues were either pre-existing or caused by their failure to make timely repairs. It is extremely disappointing to see a property management company ignore serious maintenance and health issues and then try to shift the financial burden onto a young tenant. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to document everything and think carefully before signing a lease.

COMPLETE WASTE OF RENT MONEY. HORRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS… This was my first place I moved into, (still currently here) the staff was nice enough to make me believe this was a good place to spend my hard earned money on…. In the beginning at least. Turns out… it’s a roach infested, mold infested waste of money. From painted over bugs to literally black mold. The doors have gaps so heating or cooling doesn’t do anything but make my bill go up. I was useing the sink one day just to see water pouring out from under the dishwasher. I put in THREE repair tickets in and nobody ever came or called. The garbage disposal stoped working less than a week of moving in. The closest where the water heater is in is full of mold, dust, dirt, and filth. The public laundry room is a disgusting mess, occasionally leaving hard black crust on my clothes like burn marks. Everything about this place is a red flag. There honestly isn’t one good thing I can say about my experience here. If you care about having a nice HEALTHY home, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
