  Tengo aproximadamente 5 meses viviendo en este lugar, al mudarnos para acá estuvimos investigando en Google los diferentes apartamentos y este era uno de los más bonitos y me dejé guiar por los comentarios, pero nadie habló de la realidad… que es el excesivo ruido que tienen puedo escuchar todo lo que hace mi vecino de arriba a altas horas de la noche hasta cuando va al baño. Es una tristeza pagar una renta tan cara en un lugar en el cual no se puede descansar y ya son más de tres quejas con evidencia del ruido excesivo y nada cambia.

  When our software company moved Research and Development to the UofSC campus a few years ago, I was elated. My mind was 100% convinced that I’d be calling Granby Crossing my new home. As for a Walking Score, IMHO, it can’t be measured. I walk to work (over Gervais or Blossom Street Bridges), to lunch/dinner, to the gym and of course the enjoyment of “strolls” along the banks of the West Columbia/Cayce River Walk. A tank of gas will last me a month to 6 weeks. No kidding and Staying GREEN…(Thumbs Up) My neighbors are incredible, it’s pet friendly, the area is very secure, the property is clean and the grounds are very well manicured. As for Client Services and Property Management, the staff continues to be TOP NOTCH.

  Toured here and it was absolutely beautiful. We especially loved our leasing professional, Jazmine! Very knowledgeable and did not leave one question unanswered.
