He worked to get us the best rates and explained the steps of the buying process from the loan perspective through informational emails and videos.   We met Jack through our realtor who said he would get us preliminary approval quickly which he did in two days. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the industry helped us lock into a 6.5% rate that he was able to reduce to 6.0% when we closed. Fantastic job.
