  Wow is the only way to start this review! My family and I were referred to Jack Little and the team at Gateway Mortgage for our move across states to the Bluffton, SC area. From my first conservation, through the very last, Jack and his team interacted with such sincerity that I felt like we’d know them for decades vs. only days. The communication was so easy that I don’t recall ever not reaching them any moment I needed their advice or expertise. The initial mortgage application was so convenient and I received a call within 24 hours to discuss the variety of options available to us, along with the pros and cons of each. This industry can feel a bit slimy at times (based on former experiences elsewhere), but not here and not with this team! They were always up front, honest, and seemed to sincerely care that they HELPED us make this decision versus just getting us from A to Z in the most expedient way to make a sale. They have earned customers for life from my family and would be highly recommended to anyone I know! Thanks Jack, the team, Gateway Mortgage!!!

  We were referred to Jack at Gateway through our real estate agent. We came to Savannah to buy a house while living in Michigan, so we had it in our heads that it was not a simple process. Once we got going we found out otherwise. Jack and the team at Gateway made it truly easy. We even had to ask for an increase on our pre-approval and all we had to do was stay in touch and get them the info they needed. The process went quickly and smoothly. We got email updates every step of the way with short, personalized videos explaining exactly where in the process we were. This was not my first mortgage, but it was my easiest.

  I recently relocated to SC from another state. My pre-qualification mortgage rate approval letter from my long time financial institution was for 3.5% APR. Upon arrival for a house hunting trip, my realtor put me in touch with Jack and his team at Gateway mortgage. He and his team immediately reached out and after some preliminary questions were able to offer a much more competitive mortgage rate. It was an easy decision to go with Gateway mortgage. We put an offer on a home and Gateway mortgage quickly put together the loan package however the deal fell through. We put an offer on a second home and Gateway mortgage didn’t miss a beat. The financing was quickly put together and we were able to close in less than 30 days. Gateway mortgage kept us updated during every step of the process. They even sent videos of what to expect at each step of the process. Even with COVID epidemic Gateway mortgage team sent via email easy to understand electronic signature procedures that were intuitive, easy to understand and were encrypted secure transactions. The Gateway mortgage team really understands customer service. I would use Gateway mortgage for any of my future financial requirements. I also highly recommend Gateway mortgage to anyone looking for the best range of financial options that meet your specific requirements and want to be treated to first class service.
