  We heard the advertisements for Gary's service on a local radio station and decided to call. We try to use local services whenever possible, and Gary didn't disappoint at all. We refinanced our home with cash out for home modifications. Gary was very informative, congenial and kept us notified through every step of the process. The process went very smooth and without issues. We highly recommend using Gary for any of your home purchasing and/or refinancing needs.

  I was referred by a friend, and also hear Gary's ads on WCCP radio. We did a refi, and got an incredibly low rate. The loan experience was the best I have ever had. It went quickly and was very simple without the burdensome paperwork I have had in the past. The communication from Gary was exceptional, and he always informed me of what to expect next to expedite the process. The closing was also just as smooth and easy, and we were able to schedule an in home closing ! I can't express enough how happy we were. Call Gary, you can't go wrong. Thanks so much !

  Gary was a great help with the refinance of my home. I had tried numerous companies before learning about Gary. I had some previous credit issues and other companies would tell me that they could get me approved anyway. The other companies would pull my credit and then give some odd ball reasons why they couldn't do my refinance and I would never hear from them again. Gary listened to what I had to say about my credit history and the value of my home. The value of my home was well above what Zillow and the other online search engines were saying, but Gary still took the conservative approach and didn't fill me full of a bunch of high expectations. He kept me informed throughout the process all the way to our closing. He got us a great rate! We were able to get enough equity out of our home to reduce our monthly expenses by $2100. I now have one paycheck a month that goes into savings and no longer live week to week. Thanks to Gary!
