  Reynolds Farm made my move so easy! The staff is helpful and understanding. Mark from maintenance gets things done so quickly. Liana is responsive and knowledgeable.

  My husband and I have lived at Reynolds Farm for close to two years. This place is so clean, quiet and well-managed by Alex and her staff. I love the property’s landscaping. In early Spring, you’ll see pansies, then daffodils, followed by tulips and continuing with a change of gorgeous flowers as the summer season progresses. Right now mums of many colors enhance the property! The clubhouse is comfortable and attractive and residents love the clean, well kept pool in the summer. We feel safe living here and know we can count on the staff when needed.

  Both Alexandria and Jessica, the two women who manage Reynolds Farm Apartments are absolutely lovely. They are kind, helpful, and considerate. Not only of residents time, also their feelings and situations. Personally, when I was first moving into Reynolds Farm. I had lots of questions and both Alex and Jessica would not only email me, they would call me knowing I was waiting for the information, and calling would get the information to me quicker than me checking my emails, while I was at work. Since I’ve lived here I have found them to be nothing but pleasant, friendly, helpful and competent with anything and everything. They go out of their way to help residents with their needs. Including when I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft(lol) They are prompt at returning phone calls and emails. And I have never been greeted with anything less than a huge smile. These two young women are fabulous ladies. Reynolds Farm is fortunate to have them as the face of their community. And I will add, that I hope that their bosses realize that. They are assets, and not to be taken for granted. :) I am very happy to have met them, and to have them managing Reynolds Farm.

  I have been looking around for an apartment for quite some time because I am particular. I am so glad that I toured Reynolds Farm recently! The apartments are spacious, they are practically brand new, and have great features! The community itself feels walkable, safe, and just well-maintained. The office staff, both Jessica and Alexandria were super nice and extremely welcoming! They already feel like friends and they answered every annoying question that I had! I am still searching, but so far this is at the top of my list!!

  Looking for an apartment for a friend. Everything is brand new and very nice, but the bedrooms are so small! You could probably get a queen size bed a night table and a dresser in there and you might think what more do you need. But I don’t think you can get two night tables. And you certainly couldn’t get two dressers. seriously those bedrooms are poorly configured. And the kitchens are very dark. Dark floors and dark cabinets. Which means you need to have bright lights on all the time.
