Would not recommend. Waste of time. Fees excessive and back and forth with “corporate”. Awful experience.

Awful experience trying to apply and move in. Lack of response via email and calls were not returned. Sadly I loved the property but the process was frustrating and disheartening. Found out 9 days before moving, our dog was denied after being told we were approved for the second time. Having to scramble now to find somewhere else to move with no time is horrible. Would not recommend. The only positive is Kristen was amazing throughout the beginning of the process but once the property manager stepped in everything went down hill.

To the “owner” who replied to this review — there were no challenges on our end. The only challenge here is your company’s inability to handle a straightforward situation. You chose to fixate on a rescue dog’s made up birthday, which is not an actual issue. Then his breed when you have proof from my vet and his DNA results. You charged us multiple times to approve, deny, and then approve and deny again — essentially taking our money without resolving anything. My dog is not a restricted breed, and rescues have estimated birthdays. I recommend you educate yourselves on accurate breed information and how rescuing animals work before making such baseless decisions. Also Id love for you to contact me since I've already sent Nick Sullivan and email wanting to speak to “corporate”. I strongly advise against applying to this property management company. Their application process is both costly and unnecessarily complicated. The application fee is $40 per person, plus an additional fee for each co-applicant. Pet owners should also be aware that there is a $30 fee per pet. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not handled appropriately. My ESA was initially denied, and I was then asked to provide medical co-pays as “proof” of treatment from my healthcare provider, which is both invasive and improper. Additionally, the pet screening system is inflexible and error-prone. If you mistakenly select the wrong breed, you cannot correct it—resulting in an automatic denial. Even after providing veterinary documentation and DNA results confirming my dog’s breed, the approval was reversed the next day because the estimated birthdate “didn’t add up.” As a rescue dog, his birthday has always been approximate, and there are no stated age restrictions in their policy. This process has dragged on for over three weeks, and I am now one week away from my scheduled move-in with no resolution. There appears to be no accessible corporate contact to escalate concerns. It’s worth noting that this company has previously faced legal action in Rhode Island for similar practices. I encourage anyone experiencing these issues to report this unprofessional and unethical behavior to the appropriate authorities. To date we have spent $160 in fees, with nothing to show for it. Based on my experience, this operation feels misleading, unprofessional, and potentially exploitative.

The apartments are spotless and everyone is friendly! The office is super friendly and responsive too! We have never waited more than one business day to get any problem fixed. It could be considered a little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for (in a good way!). Pool, gym, cable, wifi, valet trash all for $200 a month. Just for comparison cable and internet alone would be about $150. People complain that there are surprise fees but everything is laid out in writing when you move in. Also, people complain about the late rent fee—if you pay your rent on time that won’t be a problem… It’s nice to love where you live! Highly recommend!
