  Couldn’t have asked for an easier transition moving into my new apartment. Dominik kept us well informed throughout the process and always was able to be reached for any questions.

  Red Flag!!!! Do not move here!!! I lived here for 2 years and was denied renewal of my lease. I am 76 yrs old and was forced to have to look for a new place to live. I paid my rent on time, kept to myself and never once complained or protested. Not even when my rent up or even after asking to have my faulty stove replaced. The stove eventually caught fire and the stop fire canisters did not work to extinguish the fire causing smoke damage to my unit and me paying someone to repaint because they refused to. When I inquired with Jessica the rental manager why my lease was not being renewed, I was met with hostility and a nonchalant response of she didn’t have to tell me why she wasn’t renewing my lease. I was left with anger, trying to rush to find a new place to live and stress that resulted in my health deteriorating, blood pressure skyrocketing and multiple visits to the ER and my doctor. Do not move here or send loved ones here to live as this place is slum lord central! They will take your money and not care about the well being of you are your loved ones, on top of the flooding of apartment units throughout the whole complex on a regular basis, mold and extreme rodent issues!!! Steer clear of Trashsprings aka Greensprings. If I could have given no stars I would have.

  I can’t emphasize this enough, don’t move here. It was the worst experience of my life. Horrible communication. Didn’t fix my washer which resulted in flooding and told me they didn’t believe me when i said water was still coming in so they took hours to respond. They didn’t communicate power washing so my windows were open. They painted and didn’t tell us so my clothes were ruined. That was the only time they ever reimbursed me but only because i had to prove signs were not up nor did they email the right days and they originally tried to make this on me. They came in my apartment without warning. My neighbors apartment molded and they had the same problems. Living here was a nightmare that still haunts me. Oh and all this but never got a security deposit back. These people are money hungry, and will try to gaslight you so they can get an extra dollar. They have 0 accountability and will talk about you in front of you. Jesse and Jessica were horrible.
