  Living here has truly been one of the best housing experiences I’ve had. From the moment you drive in, the community feels welcoming, peaceful, and well cared for. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and finishes that make it feel like home rather than just a place to live. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and professional—any request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and thoroughly. The management team goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued, whether it’s through clear communication, community events, or simply being approachable and kind. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the amenities are a huge plus, and the location is perfect—quiet and tucked away, yet close to everything you need. I genuinely look forward to coming home every day, and I couldn’t recommend Polo Run Apartments more highly to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, quality, and community.

  I’ve lived in Polo Run for about 14 months and it has been great. This apartment complex offers reasonable pricing, plenty of parking, great amenities (like a dog park, pool, gym, and scenic views), along with wonderful neighbors who create a welcoming community. The staff is friendly, responsive, and supportive. Maintenance is reliable and it is easy to request through the online portal. It is also conveniently located near many businesses and transit options, making shopping easy and commuting anywhere from New York to a Philadelphia simple and quick. It’s been an enjoyable experience so far!

  We moved from out of state on August 2025. The team has been very easy to work with. Stephanie and Dante are very professional and easy to deal with. The maintenance staff are very quick to respond. The grounds are well maintained. The community has a 24 hour gym and the track around the grounds is .8 mile great for walking and running..less then a mile there's a great municipal park for all kinds of spots. Wegmans is 5 min away! Location is only 5 min away from all the major highway and malls. It's been great so far!

  So far the experience with Polo Run has been easy and thoughtful. The amenities are well looked after, and the maintenance staff are stellar. The office is quick to answer questions, and a joy to engage with! Highly recommend.
