I have lived in this community now for several years and any time an issue rose within my apartment it has been tended to in a timely manner. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that I have received while living here. This community continues to feel safe, warm and inviting. The grounds are always kept well maintained and it is a beautiful community to reside in. Not every season is kind with its elements, like right now when it is super cold but that doesn't stop the crew, laying salt, shoveling the sidewalks and ensuring the safety of the residents. The events that are held within the club house/office seem to have a lot of thought and time put into them, although I can never attend them as running my own business takes up all my days, but they do not go unnoticed. I am grateful. I hope this Christmas season fills you with love and warmth and may the new year bring many blessings. thank you! thank y

Grace and Chris in the office are always very helpful! The properties are well maintained and beautiful. The few times I had to call maintenance, they responded very quickly and fixed my problems. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Once the maintenance man even took my trash to the dumpster that was outside my door without me even asking. Moving here was one of the best things we did!
