She has been responsive and professional, but she’s also shown me kindness when she didn’t have to. I’ve had a rough year and renting is a new experience for me, so I’m really grateful to have found a good place with good people!

After I moved in she and Tony arranged for some quick repairs on my second day, which is much appreciated. So far it looks like this was a good choice.
