Every time we would call, we would be sent to voicemail and never called back. No one on the team would respond to emails. They did the same to our contractors who were trying to contact them about draw schedules. When we would finally get ahold of someone, they had no answers to our questions and seemed to have no knowledge of the loan process. We were told we were locked in at a lower interest rate and repeated asked to ensure that we were locked in. When it can time to close, we were mysteriously never locked in. We started the loan process in January. The team had our itemized costs at that time, in SEPTEMBER they told us that every thing had to be done by a contractor there could be no builder supplied items. This extended the already ridiculous process, as we had to get another subcontractor and get him approved. Finally, TEN MONTHS LATER we closed and they messed up our first draw. This group of snakes, roped us in with a false promise of a low interest rate and strung us along until it was to late to go anywhere else.
