- RGRenee Golan5 days ago1.0Literally live anywhere else, I moved in and there was bugs and mold everywhere and the management was beyond useless. my packages get stolen form their office, the fridge,ac, lights,dishwasher and laundry machines and elevator are always broken. The management is terrible our finite is ripped and scratched. Just save your money and go somewhere else.
- NFNonny FOct 7, 20251.0Would not recommend leasing here. i’ve been trying to get in touch with leasing office/management for about a month and a half about my lease, and i have received absolutely no response. i’ve sent multiple emails, texts, and contact forms through their website, and it’s been complete silence on their end. nobody has been helpful or responsive in any way, and it feels impossible to reach anyone who can actually address and follow up on my concerns and messages. the lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. i would not recommend this place to anyone, poor communication and zero support.
- EAEthan AviOct 4, 20251.0this building is the ultimate scam!! for the last month there has been 1-2 functioning elevators, for 14 floors and 100s of residents! you have disabled residents who are extremely ill affected by this! also, the laundry machines are always broken, the mail room takes forever and loses things, and the gym constantly has broken equipment. we pay so much money to live here and all we get is broken amenities, and if we’re lucky, free food in the lobby every three months. anyone looking to housing is better off literally anywhere else
- JJJames JonesOct 3, 20251.0For one of the more expensive living options for temple students, the view is most certainly NOT worth it. Sophomore year, I lived at the vantage. At the vantage, the laundry never broke down. The trash rooms were not piled with trash. The elevators worked regularly. None of this is true for the view, and it has only gotten worse as time has passed. Not only do things break down all the time, but the timeline for fixing them is outrageous. These deficiencies are not made better by CAVA in the lobby every 3 months. All the responses to the recent negative reviews are posted within one minute of each other, clearly written by chat GPT. Nobody writes that fast. The response from maintenance and management is pathetic. It's very simple, fix things when they break.

DEQUAN THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER IS THE BEST. HE’S SUPER FRIENDLY AND TAKES HIS TIME TO ACTUALLY FIX THE ISSUES RATHER THAN TRYING TO GET IT DONE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. All the front desk people are amazing. Edwin, Phil, and Deshaun are the absolute best. The people at the office are amazing too, Kyla is super friendly and helpful. Also the janitors are awesome, Shawn is the brightest person ever. Building is mid but the people here are amazing.
