Ryan Homes has been our preferred builders since the beginning. This is the second time we have purchased a home with them and the dealings have always been seamless. Ryan Homes at Wellington is at a great location, beautiful views and the school district is amongst the top 3% in PA! You will always have the option for a quick move in or you can customize your built! This upcoming community is 7 minutes away from commercial area on both sides! Its been three months since we have been living here and if/when we have had an issue in the house (which has been a rarity), their customer service is efficient and gets the problem solved in a timely manner!
