My husband and I have lived here for almost 6 years now, and I will say that most don’t stay longer than a year or two and for good reason. The property managers aren’t willing to work with you. Our base rent has been increased over $200 almost every year since Aion took over. We also have just been dealing with a broken clothes dryer and have yet to see any resolutions to a fix. The pricing is too expensive for a crappy apartment! I would think twice! The area is perfect and I do love how close everything is but the dissatisfaction of living here highly outweighs the pros. Do not trust these people!! They do not try to accommodate anyone unless it’s themselves. BE WARE!

I scheduled a tour a week in advance to come see the apartments and no one was here when I arrived. Waited 20 minutes and call every number that was provided to me. All of them either took me to an automated response or were completely disconnected. Very disappointed as I was excited to see the units.

Have not lived here. I am looking to rent in the very near future (1 month or 2) but I wanted to make this review so management can begin to address people's concerns! Back to back comments about how deceptive and bad the interior is for current tenants is a HUGE red flag. You lost a potential tenant so please fix whatever mess you have going on.

By far the worst renting experience in my life. I wasted thousands of dollars due to the extreme unresponsiveness of management and the maintenance team waiting for them to do basic maintenance in the unit. Then the apartment still was completely unlivable. The unit smells like mold throughout. Everything I own, myself, my dog all smell like a biohazard from staying in the unit. If smelling like mold wasn’t a deal breaker, I can report to you as well that I have been coughing like I’ve been smoking a pack of cigarettes a day for 40 years while breathing in the air in there. When I reported this and asked for help, property management’s response was “we were not able to smell any musty or mildew smell.” and no other follow-up. Do not waste your time or money here. I thought I’d try and live with it but the health concerns completely removed that as an option.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 4 months so far, and overall, it’s been a decent experience. However, communication from the office seems to be very disorganized. Upon move-in, we were told we’d receive our key fob in about two weeks due to a programming issue. We still have not received our key fob after 4 months of living here, and haven’t even received an update. When we have followed up about it, we’re just told we’ll receive an email when it’s ready. The communication, or lack thereof, has just been disappointing.
