- KKKatrina KrullaJun 23, 20253.0Beware. Once you close it is tedious to get them to honor their warranty. Also, it is extremely difficult to get them to complete items agreed to in the walk through. AC is ridiculously undersized and non functional and they gaslight me everytime. First my AC wasn't working because they claimed the filters needed to be replaced. Then my AC wasn't working because of a balance issue. Them it was not working because the system is only designed for an 88 degree day. Now the warranty is out. My downstairs is 74-75 on a 90 degree day and my upstairs can hardly get below high 70s to 80s in the summer.
