- AJAdam JamesDec 3, 20251.0Visited my sister a couple of weeks ago and got towed out of a spot because it wasn’t a visitor spot, but there wasn’t any visitor spots open so just parked in a non reserved spot. It cost me about $400 to get my car back. $400 is ridiculous and the towing company place was about a 30-40 min drive. Wondering if it’s even legal to charge that much for towing as some people have told me many cities have a law over that. Still ridiculous that this apartment complex is allowing that. Heard this is a common problem with residents as well. Hopefully they fix this problem as people are getting screwed from that towing company.

It’s apartment living so you can expect to hear some noise from the other apartments but the management, Ian and Kelsey do a great job at handling complaints. I’ve put in some maintenance requests and they are handled within 12-24 hrs. The apartment grounds are well cared for and the amenities are really nice. I feel safe here and It’s nice having the maintenance or the employees that work here be so responsive and also be visible during working hours. It’s nice that it’s a lot of familiar faces.

Move in process was horrible, apt wasn't ready, cabinets falling off hinges, appliances very cheap. DO NOT be fooled by online pics - make them give you a tour of your actual apt. The management team is unresponsive to emails - very poor customer service overall. Lovely neighbors. Only been here 30 days and looking for a new home.

Everyone here from the property managers (Olivia and Melissa rock) to the maintenance crew (Paul and Joe are terrific) cares about each person who lives here and tries to make our experience the best. My dog was just as loved and when he passed they reached out to me and sent me a card and flowers-everyone in the office signed. You can't beat how they take care of you. If I have a request or issue it's handled within 2 days. The facilities are nice and it's a quiet community that is super pet friendly and I'm happy I live here.
