  Great place to live! This is my first apartment and the staff has been the most helpful every step of the way. If there have been any issues where maintenance has been needed as well, they are very responsive and always do a good job fixing any request! Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. Also, you can’t beat the amenities here! If you are looking for a nice apartment in a good community, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

  This is our second time living at Kennedy Highlands and if life hadn’t thrown us for a loop in 2022, we never would’ve left in the first place. We loved the apartments our first time leasing here and are really enjoying being at the hybrids across from the main office. Staff and maintenance are all great, they do a really good job clearing the snow and keeping things cleared in the winter. It’s a centralized location for both my husband and I to commute to work, as well as easy access to get to either of our parents. Plus we’re close to all of the Robinson shopping without being in the thick of things. We’re very happy to be back.

  I moved to KH a few years ago. I came to KH in my apartment UNSEEN. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with my apartment, its cleanliness and how terrific it was! Once I was here, I have continued to be very grateful for the property office staff Justin, Crystal and Casey and maintenance man Mason because they are all so terrific and responsive! My fridge went out and they worked quickly to get me a new one. Anytime I have a small issue they are on top of it. I appreciate when young people who were not residents were crashing the pool a few years ago and they stopped it. The pool is for residents and guests, but don’t abuse it. The upkeep around the property is also great. I live very close to the pool and gym, it’s always well kept! I intend to stay here because I love it so much! I highly recommend it if you are thinking of moving here. It’s a great place to live! See years of images of peaceful, happy living here!!!

  Management here was so accommodating when I and my wife moved in here. My wife is disabled and they made every effort to give us appropriate high toilets grab bars access to all entrances and more. The maintenance staff here is amazing. (Especially Mason) Maintenance always responds to our request immediately and resolution/repairs are made quickly. In our first year the management was experiencing some rough spots with lots of turnover. But the current Managers in the office have been here consistently, Are always kind and greet you with a smile, They are knowledgeable about the property and allowance residence to share our ideas For any improvement we might suggest. My wife and I both feel that this is our forever place to be. We love it here Guy Rynski. (OTR/L)

  Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came from a horrible living experience, and this place has been a complete 360 from that. From the moment I walked in for the tour, I felt welcomed with open arms. The staff truly listened to my wants and needs and made me feel heard. Any issue that comes up is addressed immediately, and they genuinely caresomething I haven’t experienced at other places. I’m beyond grateful that I found this community and thankful for everyone who works here to keep it such a great place to live.
