The Team at Markman Place is world class, from sales to production to finance, there’s nothing but experience, expertise and most importantly honesty. Steph is the most non-salesy and helpful sales rep I’ve ever come across, not once did she push my clients or feed them a bunch of BS, she took the time to understand my clients needs and sought out several options that made sense for their situation. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Steph was about every facet of the build process and how she presented the several scenarios would benefit my clients. She never embellished the facts or tried to force the decision, Which is incredibly rare! Adam in production has such a great relationship with his sub contractors and almost a decade of experience building these homes, and it shows in how clean and organized the community looks even in the heat of construction. The team kept us very informed throughout the process, and we never felt that we weren't clear on next steps. We are almost a month away from moving into to our home and we are grateful for the team at Heartland Homes for making a really positive experience for our family.
