- KKKatrina KrullaJun 23, 20253.0Beware. Once you close it is tedious to get them to honor their warranty. Also, it is extremely difficult to get them to complete items agreed to in the walk through. AC is ridiculously undersized and non functional and they gaslight me everytime. First my AC wasn't working because they claimed the filters needed to be replaced. Then my AC wasn't working because of a balance issue. Them it was not working because the system is only designed for an 88 degree day. Now the warranty is out. My downstairs is 74-75 on a 90 degree day and my upstairs can hardly get below high 70s to 80s in the summer.

The Team at Markman Place is world class, from sales to production to finance, there’s nothing but experience, expertise and most importantly honesty. Steph is the most non-salesy and helpful sales rep I’ve ever come across, not once did she push my clients or feed them a bunch of BS, she took the time to understand my clients needs and sought out several options that made sense for their situation. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Steph was about every facet of the build process and how she presented the several scenarios would benefit my clients. She never embellished the facts or tried to force the decision, Which is incredibly rare! Adam in production has such a great relationship with his sub contractors and almost a decade of experience building these homes, and it shows in how clean and organized the community looks even in the heat of construction. The product and location of Markman Place Makes for an amazing option for anyone struggling to find a home in a competitive North Allegheny market.
