Had me pay $400 for an appraisal and told me to get an inspection (that costed me $300). Then two weeks before my original closing date I was denied. Tired really hard to get everything together and even got a co-signer, never cared to actually get back to us after everything.. very disappointed I paid all this money and put my trust in this men who let down a first time home buyer...
