  I don’t normally write reviews, however, Dana Scott and her team most certainly deserve major kudos! She worked wonders for me and made the near impossible possible. She was a delight to work with. She is efficient, diligent and always readily available to answer all questions and walk you through the home buying process. I highly recommend her.

  We were privileged to have Dana as our mortgage broker, and she was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was always attentive and made sure we understood every step of the process, explaining things clearly and patiently. When inevitable complications arose, Dana was creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions, always putting our best interests first. She kept in constant contact, updating us every step of the way, which gave us complete confidence and peace of mind. On top of her professional expertise, Dana is a warm, lively person with a great sense of humor — she made what could have been a stressful process genuinely enjoyable.   So instarted working with Dana earlier this year to get a construction loan for a house to built in PA. Unfortunately, it ended up not happening due to circumstances out of our control. But one thing I can say for sure is that Dana left no stone unturned. The phone calls, e-mails, meetings that were setup by her was nothing short of amazing. She truly has her clients best interests in mind. She was available at all times for any questions/concerns i had......evening hours, weekends, it didn't matter. She would always respond promptly. She was a pleasure to work with, and down the road when her services are needed again, she will be the first call i make. I highly recommend Dana for your loan needs. My only regret was that we couldn't finish together what we started!
