  Words cannot express how grateful and blessed we are that this is our new home!!! From the very beginning when we toured, Alissa had been so extremely helpful and detailed with any question I had (no matter how obvious it was)! We looked in to this area because of how beautiful and quiet the community seemed, and we could not have been more right! Move in was so simple and everything was so well explained from Alissa that it made our move from a few hours away much easier. Any maintenance request we had, Anthony was a hero and fixed! He also gave us some great recs on local food spots and parks in the area for our children! If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet, and friendly community to call your future home, Walton Crossings is the one!

  My family and I moved to PA in December 2019 in the middle of the pandemic. Management, specifically Shannon, made our move the most delightful moving experience of my life. She ensured everything that everything was as smooth as can be. Her kindness, honesty, and full transparency goes a long way. In addition to my beautiful home, she and Anthony is why I will remain there until I am ready to purchase a home. Thanks for all that you have done for my family and I.

  Walton Crossings is amazing. Their staff is the best. They are willing to go the extra mile for their residents. The community is well kept and they keep us informed about upcoming events, issues, and answer our calls for a work order in a very timely manner. They actually care about the community and the residents. My husband and I are so pleased and feel very blessed to live in Walton Crossings. Thank you for everything you do for us! Nina Ferrara

  I lived there a few years ago. They charge you basically double for cable because of the wiring with comcast...you have a baseline, outdated cable box from the apartment management and are charged for it, plus you get to pay comcast themselves for any tiny upgrade, like to hd. Bugs and mice are a problem, maintenance is a problem, upkeep of the units is a problem. I love this neighborhood so much, it's charming and close to everything. However, this leasing co has really done the community a disservice by not caring to keep their townhomes to standard.

  Depending on where your apartment is you get nice views. Quite community with lots of elderly and families.
