- JJJasmyne3 days ago5.0I just moved into the villages of Easton I can say this is a wonderful community to live in. I have actually been very happy living here. Stacey & Shawnitika were my leasing agents they were pretty awesome, but all the office staff is accessible and very approachable. The maintenance here are great usually at your door the next day. Grocery and gas are very close with the interstate right there for quick travel to work. if you think about moving anywhere this would be a great community to move into !

I work overnight and it’s very quiet here during the day when I sleep. You guys keep the property clean no matter the weather. I want to give a special thank you to Shawntika (the property manager) and Shannon, Rob, Jen, and Stacey, the leasing office employees. As well as Amanda, she helps keep our area clean. You guys do a great job all the way around! I’ve been here 3 years with no issues, thank you guys again for all you do! Looking forward to renewing my lease. Not sure why ANYONE would give a bad review!
- RWRandy WilliamsOct 16, 20251.0Apartments are okay, but staff is absolutely horrible especially the property manager Shawntika. She needs a lesson in customer service and manners. Rent is priced “low” to bait you in before telling you that that doesn’t include water, sewage, electric, or the $185 monthly “amenities fee.” And forget about breaking your lease early unless you want to pay a $3200 termination fee plus losing your deposit. You’re better off renting through a local landlord than this dump.
