  Whack. You gotta love how when a company receives a bad review, every time they hit you with the generic "we care please talk to us" bit to save face and try to look good. But in the real world they'll skyrocket your rent, install a useless AI program in lieu of a real person that answers the phone, ignore maintenence requests, skimp on bike racks (Rack. There is one single rack.) while forbidding residents from locking their own bike up outside their own apartment (oh no not a bike on the grass in the back of a building!!!!!), etc. ad infinitum. Never gets old. My mom called after a maintenance issue went unanswered for a week. She was greeted with, "What do you want?" Nice!

  I went in to find out about their 2 and 3 bedroom options. The ladies there were very approachable as well as informative. They did not have a 3 bedroom available at that time which is more what I am looking for. But they did say they would contact me if one becomes available. I’m hoping to get in soon because they were very friendly and nice.

  Living at The Wellington has been incredibly disappointing, and ONE of the biggest issues by far is the disgusting, constantly overflowing dumpsters. Trash piles up for days, spilling out onto the ground, attracting pests, creating foul odors, and making the entire complex look neglected and unsanitary. Despite repeated complaints from residents, management clearly doesn’t care or is incapable of fixing the problem. It’s unacceptable, especially considering how much rent we’re paying. Basic sanitation should not be too much to ask. If you value cleanliness, hygiene, and property management that actually responds to concerns, look elsewhere. See attached photos - taken on different occasions at different dumpsters throughout the complex.

  Management is very nice and will help you in many ways, the grounds are kept up nicely including the litter. Cute dog park and cook out areas with a big heated pool.
