Maintenance was always very helpful in fixing things, management was great to work with, and neighbors were quiet and nice. My only complaint is the noise: You can hear every footstep from the creaking floor above you and the AC/heating unit is so loud it could possibly be damaging to hearing. I got used to those after awhile and so my experience was great overall.
