They love the area and the access to all of the restaurants. They have been so happy there that they decided to move to a 2 bedroom apartment this week, which is the week before Christmas. I was worried that this would be too stressful. The move went incredibly easy. Ryan helped with any questions we had and made the move go so smoothly. I felt that he went above and beyond to make her and her fiancee happy. I would highly recommend Lumina and Ryan for anyone looking to move into the area!

Ryan in the leasing office was super helpful during the transfer and went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered! He’s so great!! The amenities included (pool, clubhouse, gym, etc.) are awesome and management is great. Ryan in particular has been super friendly and helpful from my first day onward. Maintenance is very responsive and the units are nice. You can hear upstairs neighbors a bit, but that’s likely the case in most apartments. I think it’s the best bang for your buck compared to all of the other complexes in the area (especially bc parking and amenities are free!)
