  We had our breaker blow for just our apartment and had to go buy extension cords and a heater because we have a toddler. They don’t have an emergency maintenance tech that could replace a breaker and didn’t call on emergency electrician to replace the breaker. I tried asking for just a refund for the items that I bought to make it through the night and there has still been no word 3 weeks later.

  I absolutely agree with the previous review. The reservation fee of 100 dollars per applicant was taken from us despite the initial agent telling me a whole different story about the refund process. As two seniors just losing 200 hundred dollars to this Management Company is heartless. It's bad enough we lost another hundred and fifty for the application fee. What they tell you in person is a far cry from what the Company Policy actually is. They didn't give me any clarity on what or how to get the documentation they later required. I feel like a fool for applying here.

  THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES REFUNDS!!! Their application fee per person is $80 which is pretty high already then they ask for $100 deposit per applicant to hold the apartment while the application is being processed. They tell you once approved you will have that deposit applied to your rent but if your application is denied they supposedly refund that deposit in check form, mailed to the address your moving from. Which can cause an issue if people have already moved from that previous address! Anyways it’s been a month and still no refund and they are avoiding my phone calls, Zack blames Erica about my refund not being processed and Erica has never returned my phone calls, they don’t care to resolve this issue at all. 0 stars do not involve yourselves with valley park apartments save your money there’s better places and more affordable places elsewhere. The apartments are small not worth what they charge for rent anyways.

  Very disappointed. Don't answer phone calls. Don't call back after leaving a message. No help in finding an apartment 😕
