  Awful marijuana smell constantly, there are people that walk around the apartments and smoke their marijuana but then it drifts into peoples windows and makes them extremely sick, this has been a big issue for well over a year now and management doesn’t do a thing about it. There is a teenager/young adult that sells marijuana out of his garage to minors and management doesn’t do a single thing about that either. It’s hard to enjoy life in these nice apartments when that smell is constantly floating through your windows day and night (mainly night), especially when the smell makes you extremely sick. Management does not care to kick out drug users that live here as well that cause a lot of ruckus and leave reminisce of the drugs around, cops are constantly coming through these apartments because people complain about those following things i listed but management doesn’t seem to care at all and definitely doesn’t do a single thing about it after it being brought to their attention multiple times by multiple different people and are just told “oh I haven’t gotten any complaints before, if I get more I’ll look into it”.. absolutely not okay.

  These apartments were listed at $1,695 just LAST WEEK and are now $1,955 — that’s a blatant price gouge. If they can go for $1,690 one week and jump nearly $300 the next, you're getting SCAMMED. There is nothing justifiable about that kind of sudden hike, especially not for apartments this unresponsive. I have called and texted multiple times across several days. Their so-called "AI" system is a joke — it just says someone will follow up, but no one ever does. It’s been five days and counting with zero actual communication from staff. I even tried contacting them on different days just to give them the benefit of the doubt, and still, nothing. This place is clearly more interested in baiting renters with one price and switching it out once they think you’re hooked. Between the shady pricing and the total lack of communication, save yourself the headache. Do not rent here. You deserve better than getting SCAMMED. For reference the text message with the price already being hiked 30$ that same day. EDIT I live in Minnesota, inquired with a message on June 13th, and I did not tour this place.

  Attempting to speak to an actual person instead of their AI assistant is futile. Replacing people with AI in such a service based and necessary industry is abysmal decision making. If anyone gets a reply from "Lily", that is the AI.
