  The units themselves are nice, and the grounds are kept looking very clean and well-maintained, (minus the dog poop on nearly every square inch of grass). The curb appeal is what initially made this place appealing. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. Management was consistently unreachable, especially by phone even during emergencies when our brand new sink was leaking. When they did engage, it often felt like the focus was more on finding ways to charge additional fees rather than actually supporting residents. Inspections happened almost monthly, which was extremely difficult to manage with a full time work schedule and a nervous dog. We were frequently told there would be 24 hours’ notice, only for the inspection to happen the very next morning. When we moved out, there were no walkthroughs or clear communications, yet we were immediately hit with back charges for things that were never discussed clearly or were in tiny print lost in hundreds of emails. There is also a major issue with pet accountability. Despite having rules, they are not enforced; pet waste was everywhere on the grounds, and no one seemed to be held responsible for leashing or cleaning up after their animals. Many of the amenities were also frequently unusable due to maintenance or closures. All of this might be easier to tolerate if the rent reflected the experience, but paying nearly $1,700 for a studio made the lack of communication, constant inspections, and poor management especially frustrating. Overall, while the property looks nice on the surface, the management experience made living here unnecessarily stressful. Marty the maintenance man was dope though!

  Great staff the 2 and 3 bedroom are very nice. Iv had nothing but good Experiences while living here yes I it did change management, but they’re all still very sweet and kind. They work with you when it comes to any problem. Ashley is amazing we love it when she comes to visit and there new manager Alexis is such a sweet heart .

  While the property itself is fine, the number of inspection notices we’ve received has been excessive. We’ve had more than six in the last 14 months of living here. The constant interruptions make it very difficult to feel comfortable in our own home. The most recent notice was especially frustrating: it was posted as a 24-hour notice, but the time stamp on the paperwork clearly showed it was for less than that. For residents who work from home, especially those of us who must maintain HIPAA confidentiality, this lack of adequate notice creates unnecessary stress and makes it hard to manage work responsibilities. I understand that inspections are sometimes required, but the frequency and poor communication around them have been unreasonable. I hope management takes resident privacy and scheduling into better consideration moving forward.
