- DPDaniel Pak4 days ago5.0After trying several property management companies we settled on keystone. They are fair in price on the management side and on the service side. I don’t feel like I get a boosted price on every transaction which I felt like I had with prior companies. Will, the owner/manager has worked hard to figure out solutions to challenges we have. The other thing that I like is that I have a single point of contact and don’t continuously get shuffled around. Thank you Keystone!!
- DWDamon Watson6 days ago1.0Went to pick up my kid from a house his mother moved into over two months ago... Both toilets and showers need to be replaced, she put in a maintenance request over 2 months ago and they still haven't called her to fix it! She replaces 3 towels per day to soak up the water... Are you kidding me? She pays way too much for garbage service... Don't do it! And they snaked her out of her deposit after she cleaned for free for the company for over a year! Don't Do IT

The trailer park Power box catch the Electrical cords on fire and then they have the owner come out and splice the cord Who isn’t even an electrician or an RV electrician Which in result blew the panel box inside the trailer. When we spoke with them about what had occurred, they denied everything and refused to help. We informed them that we needed power because the young lady was pregnant!!! Then in less than a week They gave them an eviction Notice!!!! So update it is December 12, 2025. These kids moved out October 14 ,2025 They called the management about their deposit of $600 This management made up a bunch of stuff To keep their deposit. and only sent him $35 For their deposit. Keystone real estate management is the biggest ripoff place that I have ever seen.

- KKKellieSep 13, 20251.0I'm sure they have better properties but what keystone considered move in ready is a million dead cockroach organs, they fall into my toaster! So fun lol..not. idk how many times ive gone without food because dead roaches fell on my food. William could have at least put in cupboards that aren't dilapidated, hot glued together, and full of roach carcasses. Also at the time I had a concussion, brain damage TBI, and high grade precancerous surgery removal and no income, otherwise I would have moved immediately. I have 16 more disgusting photos I decided 32 was maybe too much! 😅
